Overview of key areas in Cintra People

This article explains the key areas that you will see when you log into Cintra People for the first time. 


Note: Depending on your permissions, you may not be able to see or have access to all the areas described in this article.

Top menu



Products / modules XX

Selecting one of the  products below will change the side menu.

  • Payroll:
  • HR:
  • Bureau: 


Database name

Also called Employer. Changing this will affect which payrolls you can see


What's New / Help

  • XX - What's New snippet
  • XX - Help snippet


Profile menu (XX - does this have a proper name?)

You can change X, Y, Z. See 


Side menu

The options here will depend on which product you selected in the top menu.


  1. Interface (e.g. sections you can expand, help)
  2. Payroll (Cintra People Payroll)
  3. Bureau (Cintra People Payroll) 
  4. Cintra Groups  (Cintra People Payroll) 
  5. Employee Hub / Accessing payslips etc  (Cintra People Payroll) 
  6. HR (HR)
  7. System Admin (not sure?)
    1. Users
    2. Company settings
    3. Position management?
