Welcome to Cintra People! We're excited to introduce you to a refreshed and intuitive experience designed to make managing your HR, Payroll, and Employee Hub even smoother. We understand that change can sometimes take a moment to get used to, especially when it comes to how you move around the system. This page will guide you through the exciting new navigation of Cintra People, highlighting the key differences from Cintra Cloud and showing you how to make the most of our updated design.

A Fresh Look and Feel: Vertical Navigation Takes Centre Stage

For those familiar with Cintra Cloud, you'll immediately notice a significant shift in how you navigate. Cintra People embraces a clean, uncluttered design with a new primary navigation system:

From Horizontal to Vertical: Unlike Cintra Cloud's dark blue header and horizontal navigation, Cintra People features a prominent vertical navigation bar on the left side of your screen. This dedicated sidebar provides quick and easy access to all the main sections of the product.

Taking Control: Collapse and Expand Your Navigation

We've designed Cintra People to be flexible and adaptable to your workflow. The vertical navigation bar can be customized to suit your preference:

Expand or Collapse: You'll find a discreet arrow icon on the vertical navigation bar. Clicking this control will allow you to collapse the navigation bar, providing more screen real estate for the content you're working on, or expand it to see all your options at a glance.

Responsive Design: Navigation That Adapts to Your Device

Cintra People is built with you in mind, no matter what device you're using. Our mobile-responsive design ensures a seamless and optimized experience across desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones. Here's how the navigation intelligently adapts:

Large Monitors: On spacious desktop monitors, the vertical side navigation will be expanded by default, giving you a comprehensive overview of the system.
Smaller Laptops: When using smaller laptop screens, the side navigation will often be collapsed by default, prioritizing your main workspace while still offering easy access to the menu when needed.
Tablets: For tablet users, the side navigation transforms into a familiar "burger" menu (three horizontal lines). You'll find this burger icon at the top of the screen. Tap it to reveal the navigation options.
Mobile Phones: On mobile phones, we've optimized for single-hand use. The "burger" menu conveniently moves to the bottom of the screen, making it easily reachable with your thumb for quick navigation.

Switching Between Products: Your Central Hub for Everything Cintra

At the top of the Cintra People screen, you'll find a series of tabs. These tabs are your quick switchboard between our integrated products, allowing you to seamlessly move between:

Payroll
HR
Employee Hub
...and any other Cintra products you have access to.

Your Account, Your Control: Top Right Corner Features

In the top right corner of Cintra People, you'll see your avatar. Clicking on this will reveal your account menu. This is your personal hub for managing your Cintra People experience, including:

Setting your password
Managing your passkeys
...and other account-related settings.
