Access the Payroll
- Begin by navigating to the payroll that contains the employee details you want to edit.
- Once inside the payroll, you'll see a comprehensive list of all employees associated with that particular payroll.
- To easily find an employee, utilize the search functionality provided.
Open the Edit Employee Window
- As you locate the desired employee in the list, observe the three vertical dots (often referred to as the "more" icon) positioned to the right of the user's name.
- Click on these dots to open a dropdown or context menu.
- From the available options, select "Edit employee". This action will open the "Edit Employee" window.
Modify Employee Details
- In the "Edit Employee" window, locate and click on the "Employee details" tab.
- This will bring forth the "Employee Details" window.
- Now, press the "Edit" button, which will give you access to the "Personal Details" window.
- Here, you can freely modify any pertinent information about the employee as required.
Save Changes
- After making all necessary changes, ensure to press the "Save and Continue" button to update the employee's information in the system and move forward.
