How do I cancel a holiday request?

In Employee Hub, you can cancel a holiday booking.

Access the Holiday Calendar

  1. Login to Employee Hub. Navigate to the Cintra Cloud website and enter your credentials.
  2. Access the Holiday Calendar by selecting the Holidays option in the navigation bar. You are taken to the Employee Hub Dashboard.
  3. From here, you can manage and request your holiday bookings. Note: If you are enrolled in Payroll, you must select the Employee Hub tab to access the Dashboard. 

To cancel your holiday booking

  1. From the Calendar, select the holiday request you wish to cancel. 
  2. The request details view appears. Select delete request. 
  3. A confirmation message will appear, asking you to confirm the deletion. Select yes.

  4. The requested holiday booking will no longer appears in the calendar.
