As an approver in Employee Hub, you are able to approve or decline a holiday for the current year.
Navigate to Approvals
- Log into Cintra Cloud.
- You are taken to the Employee Hub Dashboard.
Note:
If you are enrolled in Payroll, you must select the Employee Hub tab to access the Dashboard.
- From the navigation bar, select approvals.
- The approval view, you can see all open holiday booking requests.
How do I approve a request?
- Locate the holiday booking request you want to approve.
- Select view to see the request details, including any comments the employee might have chosen to include.
- Select the green approve button adjacent to the request.
- Once complete, the booking will disappear from the open view, and an automatic email will be sent out to the requester confirming their booking has been approved.
