How do I decline a cancellation request?

As an approver in Employee Hub, you are able to approve or decline a holiday request cancellation for the current year. 

 

Navigate to Approvals

  1. Log into Cintra Cloud. 
  2. You are taken to the Employee Hub Dashboard.

      Note:

    If you are enrolled in Payroll, you must select the Employee Hub tab to access the Dashboard.

  3. From the navigation bar, select approvals. 
  4. The approval view, you can see all open holiday booking requests. Locate the cancellation request. 

How do I decline a cancellation request?

  1. Locate the holiday booking cancellation request you want to decline.
  2. Select view to see the request details, including any comments the employee might have chosen to include. 
  3. Select the red decline button adjacent to the request. 
  4. The decline request form appears. 
  5. Enter the reason you have for declining the request. This will appear in the rejection email for the cancellation request.
