How do I view or download message attachments?

Click the link for the attachment in the bottom right corner of the message.  Depending on your browser type and capabilities, the attachment either:

1. Displays in a new browser tab.
2. Opens in an application like Microsoft Excel.
3. Appears at the bottom of the browser as a download.
