Employee Hub - Getting Started and FAQs

Introduction to Employee Hub


Cintra Cloud's Employee Hub lets you:

  • View, request, and manage your holidays
  • View and download your payslips and p60/p11d/p45 documents
  • Coming soon: View your pension auto-enrolment letter
  • To find out more, see Employee Hub for Employees


If you are also a manager, the Employee Hub lets you can manage your team's holidays. See Employee Hub for Managers.


Registering for Employee Hub


You should have received an email welcoming you to Cintra Cloud. If you haven't yet received it, speak to your Payroll/HR department. 


  1. Within the Welcome email, click Login.
  2. Within the Register Account page, enter the following information:
    • Email address: This must exactly match the email address where you received the welcome email
    • Mobile number: This is used for multi-factor authentication. Enter your mobile number in international format, omitting the first 0.
    • Password / Confirm Password: Ensure the two passwords match and follow the rules shown.
  3. Click Signup.


You are now logged into Employee Hub!


The registration process may very in your organisation. For more information, speak to your payroll/HR department.

Logging into and out of Employee Hub


  1. Go to https://cintra.cloud. 
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Click Login.
    • If you have set up a passkey, you will be prompted to enter your PIN or biometric credentials.
    • If you haven't set up a passkey, a six digit code will be sent to your phone. Enter it into the Security code field and click Login.
      1. You may be then be prompted to set up a passkey.


You should always log out of Cintra Cloud / Employee Hub when you're finished. To do this:

  1. Click your name at the top-right of the screen. 
  2. Click Sign Out.

FAQs

Why can't I register / log in?

You can request a new password from https://cintra.cloud. However, Cintra does not manage your account, therefore if you have any registering, receiving security codes or logging in, contact your Payroll/HR department.


How do I resend my security multi-factor authenticator (MFA) code to my phone?

Cintra cannot do this for you. Speak your Payroll/HR department.


How do I change my password?

How do I change my phone number, address, or payment details?

Can I sign in using SSO / single sign-on?

Cintra Cloud supports multi-factor login via SMS and email, as well as passkeys. However, SSO is not yet available.
