Who Can Access the Bank Portal?

Access to the Bank Portal is typically granted to:

  • Bureau Managers who oversee their bureau and the Bank Portal
  • BACS Scheduling users who have access to all payments in the Bank Portal.

 

Key Features of the Bank Portal:

  • View and Download Payment Files: Easily view and download STD18 payment files.
  • Track Payment Status: Monitor the progress of your payments from authorisation to submission.
  • Cancel Payments: In certain circumstances, cancel payments before they are processed.
