The BACS Scheduler role provides users with the tools and functionality to:

View and Access Bank Files: Easily view and access all bank files generated within the Cintra Cloud.
- Manage BACS Files: View and submit BACS files for payments.
To add the ‘BACS Scheduler’ role to a user:
Before you begin: Make sure you have a Bureau Manager login for Cintra Cloud.

Go to "Bureau Users". You'll find this in the main menu of Cintra Bureau.

Find the user you want to change. Look for the user you want to give the BACS Scheduler role to.

Click on their name. This will open their user profile.

Select "BACS Scheduler". Look for the "BACS Scheduler" role in the list of available roles and select it.
- Save your changes. Click the "Save" button to confirm your changes.
