Team contact numbers in Cintra Bureau
You can now add phone numbers to your teams in Bureau, making it easier for your customers to contact you directly. This feature was developed in response to customer feedback requesting a clearer way to reach their payroll teams.
What's new?
- Add phone numbers to teams: When creating or editing a team, you can now add a contact phone number with country code support.
- View numbers on the Teams page: The Teams list now displays phone numbers for each team.
- View numbers on the Organisations page: See which teams are assigned to each organisation along with their contact numbers.
- Customers see contact details: Source customers can now see their team's phone number on the Messaging page, giving them a direct line to support.
What are the key benefits?
This feature improves communication between your Bureau and your customers:
- Faster support: Customers can call directly instead of waiting for message responses.
- Clear contact information: No more confusion about who to contact, the number is displayed where customers need it.
