Changing your password and other personal details

All the details below can be changed by clicking your name at the top-right of the screen. Depending on your user type and permissions, you may not be able to change some of the details below.

Changing your password

If you are logged into Cintra People:

1. Click your name at the top-right of the screen
2. Click Change Password.
3. In the Change Password window:
   1. Enter your existing password
   2. Enter your new password twice, following all the password rules listed
4. You will be logged out of Cintra People on all your devices and you can now log in with your new password.

If you aren't logged into Cintra People

1. Go to cintra.cloud.
2. Enter your email address, then click Continue.
3. Click FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD.
4. Enter your email address again, then click Continue. 
5. If a matching account is found, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Changing your phone number

1. Click your name at the top-right of the screen
2. Click Change Phone Number.
3. Enter your new phone number, then click Save. 

Passkey settings

Passkeys provide a faster and more secure way to log into Cintra People, without using your mobile phone. For more information on setting up and changing passkeys, see Setting up and using Passkeys. 

Cookie preferences

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help websites function and improve your experience. Click your name at the top-right of the screen, then click Cookie preferences, then On this screen, you can manage which types of cookies you allow.

To turn off all the cookies except necessary cookies, click Reject All.
