How do I change my password?

In order to maintain security for your account, changing your password periodically is recommended. Follow the steps below to update your password:

2. Locate and click on your username.

Step 2: Using the Dropdown Menu

1. Once you click on your username, a dropdown menu will appear.
2. From this menu, locate and select the "Change Password" option.

Step 3: Changing Your Password

Upon clicking "Change Password," a dedicated window will pop up.

1. First, enter your current password in the designated field.
2. Below that, you'll find fields to enter your new password. Type in your desired password.
3. Enter the same password again in the next field to confirm its accuracy.

Password Requirements:

To ensure the security of your account, make sure your new password adheres to the following criteria:

• Minimum Length: Your password must be at least eight characters long.
• Case Sensitivity: Include at least one upper case letter and one lower case letter.
• Numerical Characters: Incorporate at least one digit.
• Special Characters: Contain at least one special character (e.g., @, #, $, %, &, *).
