How do I reset my password in Cintra iQ?

Changing your password after logging in:

To change your password in Cintra iQ, follow these steps:

1. For Windows users: Press the Ctrl + Alt + End keys together. For Mac users: Press Ctrl, Alt, Fn, and End keys together.
2. A menu will appear. Select "Change Password".
3. You will be directed to the "Change a password" screen. Here, input your current Cintra iQ password.
4. Enter your new password twice. 
5. Click the arrow to save your new password. 

Forgotten your password?

If you forget your password and need it reset:

1. Contact your Cintra iQ system administrator. This article explains how they can reset your password. 
2. You will receive an email with a temporary password.
3. When you log in with your temporary password you will be asked to change it.
