Guide: Using posts to pay employees

To pay via posts

  1. Set up spine points.
  2. Set up grade with a pay spine attached.
  3. Generate a job with working time included.
  4. Combine the spine points, grades and jobs to create a post.
  5. Apply the post to the employee.
  6. Assign the spine point to the post to pay employees.
  7. Assign a work pattern to the post.
  8. Calculate the employee's pay slip.
  9. Check payments are correct.
