Why can't I see a specific report or dashboard?
Your user type and permissions determine what you can see and do in Cintra People.
For example, if you didn't have permission to view a list of employees, you would not be able to access any of the employee reports either.
Why can't I edit or share a specific report?
Only users with full payroll access can share customised reports within their organisation.
What's the difference between a published report and a report pack?
Published reports are generated in Cintra iQ for individual export in Cintra People. Report packs are custom collections of report that you can create in Cintra People.
