Once you have downloaded the Capture Expense app onto your mobile phone, and received your Welcome email from your Capture Expense administrator, you must set your password.
Note:
If you have not received your email inviting you to sign in and get started with Capture Expense, check your Spam/Junk folders.
To set your password and sign in

Click the Sign in to get started link in the email. You will land on the Set Password view.
- Enter the Password.
Important! The created password must be at least 8 characters long and contain a mixture of uppercase, lowercase characters and digits. - Re-enter the Password.
- Tap Update. A message appears stating: Your password has been successfully updated.
- Tap Sign in. You will land on the Expenses view.
Note:
Approval is only visible to those users who are Approvers.

Raise Draft Expense Claims from Receipts.
