How do I sign in?

Once you have downloaded the Capture Expense app onto your mobile phone, and received your Welcome email from your Capture Expense administrator, you must set your password.
 

  Note:

If you have not received your email inviting you to sign in and get started with Capture Expense, check your Spam/Junk folders.

To set your password and sign in

  1. Click the Sign in to get started link in the email.  You will land on the Set Password view.

  2. Enter the Password.
    Important! 
    The created password must be at least 8 characters long and contain a mixture of uppercase, lowercase characters and digits.
  3. Re-enter the Password.
  4. Tap Update. A message appears stating: Your password has been successfully updated.
  5. Tap Sign in. You will land on the Expenses view.

 

  Note:

Approval is only visible to those users who are Approvers.

Scan Receipts.

Raise Draft Expense Claims from Receipts.

Submit Expense Claim for Approval.

Approve Expense Claim.
