Use Expenses to view your Draft Expense claims, keep track of submitted claims, reuse your favourite claims, and keep track of those claims that have been approved or rejected.
Draft tab
From the draft tab, users are able to view and manage draft expenses.

Detail |
Used to view the details for a draft expense. |
Date | Used to show the date for a draft expense. |
Category | Used to show the category for a draft expense. |
VAT | Used to show the VAT amount for a draft expense. |
Amount | Used to show how much the drafted expense costs. |
Grid | Used to view your drafted expense claims as a grid. |
Weekly | Used to view your drafted expense claims by week. |
Monthly | Used to view your drafted expense claims by month. |

Edit your expense claim
Within Draft, you can edit an Expense claim where necessary. For more information, see How Do I Edit Draft Expense Claims?
Split your expense claim
Within Draft, you can split an Expense claim if you need to separate out expenses. For more information, see How Do I Split Up an Expense?
Add a note to your claim
Within Draft, you can add a note to an Expense claim. For more information, see How Do I Add Notes to Draft Expense Claims?
Add a receipt to your claim
Within Draft, you can add a receipt to an existing claim. For more information, see How Do I Add Receipts to Draft Expense Claims?
Duplicate your claim
Within Draft, you can copy an Expense claim and use it repeatedly as a template, instead of adding a new claim each time. This is useful for mileage claims for when you are regularly travelling and expensing the same route. For more information, see How Do I Duplicate Claims?
Set your claim as a favourite
Within Draft, you can mark an Expense claim record as a Favourite and then reuse it in the Favourites tab. For more information, see How Do I Reuse an Expense Claim?
Delete your claim
Within Draft, you can remove claims from the Draft's list. For more information, see How Do I Delete Draft Expense Claims?

Within Favourites, you can perform the following:

Within Archive, you can perform the following:
- Filter the amount, rate or description and From and To dates.
- Add an expense.
- View the Expense claim's details.
- Add a Note to the Expense claim.
- Duplicate the Expense claim.
- Set the Expense claim as Favourite.
- View the receipt attached to the Expense claim.
