In Capture Expense, there are three types of user, each having different levels of access and control.
Employee
The lowest level of users are employees. They can:
Add expenses
Manage and view receipts
Oversee their expenses
Finance
Above Employees are Finance. They can:
View the expense history of all users
Approve or reject expenses at any phase of the claim
Access Banking, facilitating the management and viewing of credit card transactions across all user profiles
Administrative
Positioned at the pinnacle, administrators not only encompass all capabilities from the employee and finance levels but are also empowered to:
Access the settings view
Each level is tailored to support various functionalities and responsibilities, ensuring seamless operation and management within Capture Expense.

Create User Accounts |

Create Approval Workflow |

Create Credit Card Feed | Connect to your business card scheme and create real-time transactional feed. |
