Navigate to User Management
- Access Setup - Find and click on the “Setup” cog icon in the bottom left-hand corner. A dropdown appears.
- Select People - Within Setup, locate and select the “People” category, which is your gateway to managing user information and settings.
Delete a User

Identify the User: Scroll through the list to locate the person whose active status you wish to change. Alternatively, you can use filters to narrow down your search.

Select the User: Click on the circular check box next to the user’s name to access their settings.

Accessing Settings: An “Options” window will appear on the right-hand side. Select “Remove” to delete the selected user.
Note: For auditing purposes, you can only delete a user who does not have any claims associated with their record. If they do, and you click Remove, their People record will be marked as Inactive.
