Can we have more than one organisation under the same subscription/login?

Yes, we support linked organisations within the same subscription.

Capture Expense can support linked organisations, where as a business, you can manage multiple companies.

This is set up during implementation. The users are imported into their designated organisation where they can only raise Expenses for that particular company.  Someone who has a Finance role or who is an administrator can access all the organisations with a single sign-in, without having to log into each one.
