You are moments away from empowering your managers, before you setup your first group, you will need the following:
Step 1: Cintra Groups Setup Checklist
- List of Groups you would like to setup (for example, company hierarchy).
- List of pay elements you would like to be entered for each of the groups.
- List of employees to be added to each group.
- List of managers and which groups they need access to.
Step 2: Creating my first Group
- In order to get started you will need to create a heading set. See How do I create a heading set?
- Once you have setup your heading set, your are ready to create your first group. See How do I create a group?
- Cintra Groups has hierarchy capability, if you have a parent and child hierarchy structure you will need to create sub groups. See How do I create a sub-group? How do I move a group?
- Assigning Managers to See How do I create a new Cintra Group's user?
- When you're sure your Group is ready, you will need to Activate the Group, once activated your managers will be able to see their group(s). See How do I activate/deactivate a group?
- That's it, your managers can now log in and access Cintra Groups.
