What are the different User types?

Name

Description

Administrator 

  • Can see access Settings.

Finance 

  • Can see expense history for all users from the Archive tab within Expenses.
  • Can view, approve or reject expenses at any stage of the claim within Expenses.
  • Has access to Banking to manage and view credit card transactions across all users
  • Has access to Accounting to view and manage all expenses to be exported to third party system.

Auditor

The Auditor role provides read-only access to financial data and reports within Capture Expense. Auditors can:

  • View and export expense history for all users from the Archive tab within Expenses 
  • View and export expense data for all users from Insights
  • Auditors cannot raise, edit, or approve expenses. This role is ideal for finance teams or external auditors who need access to reporting without making changes.

Employee/User

 

  • Add Expenses.
  • View and manage Receipts.
  • View and manage Expenses.
