How do I make a holiday request?

Within Cintra Cloud’s Employee Hub, you can book a holiday in the current year and have the holiday request approved. 
 
 

To access the Holiday Calendar

  1. Login to Employee Hub. Navigate to the Cintra Cloud website and enter your credentials.
  2. Access the Holiday Calendar by selecting the Holidays option in the navigation bar. You are taken to the Employee Hub Dashboard.
  3. From here, you can manage and request your holiday bookings. Note: If you are enrolled in Payroll, you must select the Employee Hub tab to access the Dashboard. 

To book your holiday 

  1. From the My Holidays view, select the Request Holiday button in the top right hand corner. 
  2. The request holiday form appears. 
  3. From here you can select the holiday type, such as annual leave, the start and leave date.

  4. Once complete, press submit. 
  5. Your booked holiday will appear as a yellow square in your calendar. This indicates the holiday has been requested.  Once approved by your manager, this will change to green.
