Within Cintra Cloud’s Employee Hub, you can book a holiday in the current year and have the holiday request approved.
To access the Holiday Calendar
- Login to Employee Hub. Navigate to the Cintra Cloud website and enter your credentials.
- Access the Holiday Calendar by selecting the Holidays option in the navigation bar. You are taken to the Employee Hub Dashboard.
- From here, you can manage and request your holiday bookings. Note: If you are enrolled in Payroll, you must select the Employee Hub tab to access the Dashboard.
To book your holiday
- From the My Holidays view, select the Request Holiday button in the top right hand corner.
- The request holiday form appears.
- From here you can select the holiday type, such as annual leave, the start and leave date.
- Once complete, press submit.
- Your booked holiday will appear as a yellow square in your calendar. This indicates the holiday has been requested. Once approved by your manager, this will change to green.
