How do I reset my password in Cintra People?

If you have forgotten your Cintra People/Employee Hub password, you can perform a password reset in a few steps to regain access to your account.

Go to https://cintra.cloud.
Enter your email address.
Click Forgot your password.
Enter your email address again, then click Continue.
If your email address matches an email in Cintra People, you will receive an email from Cintra People.

Click the Reset Password link.
Enter your new password twice, ensuring your new password matches all the criteria listed, then click Create Password.
Your password is now reset. You can now log in as normal.

If you have not received your MFA security code, you have entered an incorrect mobile number, or you have problems resetting your password, please contact your HR/Payroll department.
