In Employee Hub, users are able to view requested and booked holidays, made by other team members, in the team calendar. This information is especially useful when managing projects, and deciding whether to approve or decline holiday requests.
To view the team calendar
- Log into Employee Hub.
- From the dashboard, select Approvals. A dropdown appears. Select requests.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page. The team calendar appears.
- From here you can see:
- Approved holidays: Shown as green
- Requested holidays: Shown as yellow
- Cancelled holidays: Shown as red
- Non-working days; Shown as grey squares.
