How do I set up training event feedback within Self-Service?

After you have set up the Training Event Feedback questions in Cintra iQ, you can set up the Training Event Feedback form in the Self-Service Learning and Development module.
 

To set up training event feedback

Ensure that the desired Roles contain the requisite web functions.
  1. Login to Self-Service as user.admin.
    Go to Self-Service: Menu panel> Users> User Admin> user.admin> Edit Roles.
  2. Edit the desired role.
  3. Include the desired Training Feedback functions within the Role.

      Note:

    If the function Employee - Training Feedback, Add feedback for an Event without approvals is included in a role, then Self-Service approval is NOT required when a Self-Service user submits feedback. The feedback record will be created with the status Completed.

  4. Click the Apply button. The functions are applied to the role and you are returned to the Edit Role page.
  5. Click the Apply button. The Event Feedback button and form becomes enabled to those Self-Service users who have the role.
