After you have set up the Training Event Feedback questions in Cintra iQ, you can set up the Training Event Feedback form in the Self-Service Learning and Development module.
To set up training event feedback
Ensure that the desired Roles contain the requisite web functions.
- Login to Self-Service as user.admin.
Go to Self-Service: Menu panel> Users> User Admin> user.admin> Edit Roles. - Edit the desired role.
- Include the desired Training Feedback functions within the Role.
Note:
If the function Employee - Training Feedback, Add feedback for an Event without approvals is included in a role, then Self-Service approval is NOT required when a Self-Service user submits feedback. The feedback record will be created with the status Completed.
- Click the Apply button. The functions are applied to the role and you are returned to the Edit Role page.
- Click the Apply button. The Event Feedback button and form becomes enabled to those Self-Service users who have the role.
