Why are there no absence reasons displayed in the Sickness Request's Absence Reason drop-down list?
If the Sickness Request within Self-Service does not have absence reasons to select from, you must go to Cintra iQ, open each Attendance Reason record in the Attendance Reason Lookup table, and enter its description there.
Go to Cintra iQ: Definitions> Lookups> Lookup Table: Attendance Reason
Why can't I access my final payslip or P11d after I have left my organisation?
Contact your organisation. Cintra does not manage users accounts. These are managed by your employer's HR/Payroll department.
