Increase in minimum password length on Self-Service

We have enhanced Self-Service to increase minimum password length for the users.

On Self-service Configuration menu, go to System Settings - Security window navigate to Password tab to adjust the minimum password length.

This modification raises the minimum length from 10 characters to 16, increasing in 1-character increments.  Self-Service will prevent users creating passwords shorter than the selected length. Additionally, default password have been extended to 16 characters, up from the pervious 10.
