Navigating Payroll Periods Users can now easily explore various payroll periods within 'Cintra Groups.' The new navigation functionality allows them to view the current period and efficiently navigate to previous periods with remarkable ease. With a simple click, users can swiftly move back and forth through different periods, streamlining their access to historical data.
Dynamic Tile and Grid Updates The navigational experience is enriched further as the tiles and grids within 'Cintra Groups' adapt dynamically to the selected period. Upon clicking the navigator, these elements update instantaneously, displaying data pertinent to the chosen period. This feature provides users with an immediate and clear insight into the specific period's information, facilitating informed decision-making and analysis.
Effortless Return to the Current Period Moreover, users have the convenience of returning to the present period with a single click. This feature ensures a quick and effortless transition back to the most recent data, maintaining a smooth and intuitive user experience.

We are excited to announce a significant update for Cintra Group users, providing enhanced control and accessibility within the dashboard components. Users can now delve deeper into specific data within the dashboard by simply clicking the 'More details' button associated with each component.
Upon clicking 'More details,' users will experience an intuitive and detailed drill-down feature, offering comprehensive data relevant to the specific component they've selected. This functionality empowers users to explore, analyze, and extract precise information effortlessly.
As we strive for continuous improvement, our team is diligently working on further enhancements. One of the upcoming developments is focused on optimising data formatting directly within Cintra Groups. While users can currently export and manipulate data in Excel, our goal is to streamline this process by enabling formatting actions to be executed seamlessly within the Cintra Groups platform itself. |

Improvements have been made to the new starter wizard along with edit employee tools. Plus, we have added cost management to the one-off payment and deduction wizard, as well as the bulk import tool.

Cintra Cloud now has a redesigned user invitation system, which will make sending out the invitation email a smooth and quick job.
Search for the employee using criteria such as name, email or ID, select the account and hit the Send invites button.

June 2023Employee Hub now has holiday bookingsWe are thrilled to announce that Employee Hub, our employee self-service portal, now has a holiday booking feature.
The whole system is super intuitive for employees and managers and can be used with a desktop, tablet or mobile phone.
Employees can track their holiday entitlements and balances, view team calendars and with a simple click, request their own holiday.

March 2023Automated P45 Notifications for LeaversWe are pleased to announce that email notifications are now sent to leavers when their P45's are published to either Employee Hub or Self-Service. The notification informs the leaver that their P45 is ready to download and provides a handy button that takes them straight to their portal.

Our team has worked hard to bring you this beta version, and we're excited for you to witness its capabilities. Get ready to enhance your reporting abilities... To access the advanced reporting tool, all you have to do is click on the 'Advanced' button found on the 'One-off Payments & Deductions' or 'Salary & Allowances' tile. February 2023Cintra Cloud Now Supports International Address InputCintra Cloud now supports entering international addresses. For UK addresses, you can leave the country blank or choose 'United Kingdom' from the dropdown. |
January 2023Post Column Added to One-Off Payment TemplateThe One-Off Payment import template also now has a post column. When an employee has only one post, Cintra iQ will assign the employee's active post automatically. In cases where an employee has multiple posts, the post cell should be populated. This will be validated for any post related payment headings.

January 2023Introducing a 90-Day Grace Period for Departing Employees
A grace period has now been introduced for employees who have left the business. This will allow a leaver to continue to access their account for 90 days. During this time, a banner will be displayed to the employee warning them of the last date they will have access to their account. The Manage Users pages have been overhauled for both Payroll and Employee Hub users. User administrators can now link a payroll user to an employee record so that a Payroll user can also access their own details via Employee Hub.

January 2022Resetting your password has become a lot easier.If you have forgotten your Cintra Cloud password, you can perform a password reset in a few steps to access Cintra Cloud's Payroll.
You will be able to reset your password in Cintra Cloud by navigating to https://cintra.cloud.
Important:Cintra does not manage customer employee accounts. If you are not receiving your MFA security code, you have entered an incorrect mobile number, or you have reset your password to no avail, please contact your HR/Payroll department. |
