March

P60 and P11D publishing

Email notifications will be sent to employees when their P60s and P11Ds are published, telling them to login and view them. These notifications will be sent to every employee that has an email address and a valid Self-Service account, Employee Hub account or IntelliHR account.

P60

P45 Publishing

Starting on Monday 6th March, email notifications will be sent to employees when their P45 is published. These notifications will be sent to every employee that has an email address and a valid Self-Service account or Employee Hub account.

Important:

When P60s and P11Ds are published in April, notification emails will also be sent to employees.

Holiday Cancellations

You can now request an approved holiday cancellation within Employee Hub by clicking the Request to Cancel button in Holiday details.

Request

When clicked, the Request to Cancel button sends an email notification to the holiday approver and adds the cancellation to their list of required approvals.

If the cancellation is approved, the original holiday is removed from the calendar and a credit added to the employee's holiday entitlement.
If the cancellation is declined, the holiday remains in the calendar.

In either situation an email notification is sent to the employee.

Employee Hub user details can be edited, and invitations deleted or resent:

User Account Administration

A grace period has now been introduced for employees who have left the business. This will allow a leaver to continue to access their account for 90 days. During this time, a banner will be displayed to the employee warning them of the last date they will have access to their account.

The Manage Users pages have been overhauled for both Payroll and Employee Hub users.

User administrators can now link a payroll user to an employee record so that a Payroll user can also access their own details via Employee Hub.
