How can I opt out of the Employee Verification Service?

If do not already have a Cintra Cloud login, please contact the support desk.

Access the Settings Menu

1. Locate the toolbar on your screen.
2. Click on the Settings dropdown.
3. In the dropdown menu, select "Organisation settings."
4. This action will take you to the Employee Verification Service Settings View.

Opting Out of Employee Verification

Changing the Default opt-in/opt-out drop down option to Opt-out will apply the opt-out status to all employers in the list.

To opt out a specific employer

If you have multiple employer records within your organisation, and would like to have some employers opted in and some opted out, simply use the opt-in/opt-out toggle beside each employer.
