How to Download STD18

If your Bureau does not have direct file integration with a payment provider, the Cintra Cloud Bank portal provides a straightforward way to download bank files. These files can then be easily uploaded to your payment system.

To download the bank files, follow these steps:

Method 1: Direct Download from Payment List

1. Locate the Payment: In the list of payments, identify the specific payment you wish to download.
2. Click the Download Icon: Next to the desired payment, click on the download icon
   • Note: If the file's status is "New," it will automatically update to "Downloaded" once you click the icon.

Method 2: Download from Payment Details (Optional)

This method is an alternative if you prefer to view payment details before downloading, or if you're already in the details screen.

1. Access Payment Details: Click on the details icon located next to the payment. This will open the payment details screen.
2. Download the File: Within the payment details screen, locate and click the "Download file" button.
