  • What is Cintra Groups?
    Cintra Groups enables you to manage input of employee data across multiple locations.

    We realise employees can work at one or more sites, and managers can manage employees across one or more locations. Cintra Groups caters for this , empower your managers and allow them to enter new starters, make contract changes and input recurring and one-off payments.

    Streamline your payroll input, remove manual processes and mitigate the risk of data breaches by allowing your managers to securely input data into Cintra Cloud.

  • Can I create and maintain my own sites?
    Yes, once you have assigned a user with Group Administration access, you can create groups using our user-friendly group creation wizard. Once a group has been setup, your group administrator can edit group details and maintain employees and managers as needed.

  • I have multiple managers that look after one site
    Not a problem, groups can be setup with one or more managers.

  • Our employees work at multiple sites and are managed by more than one manager, how does this work?

    Our system is extremely flexible, whether an employee is managed by multiple managers or the employee works at multiple sites, or both. This can all be configured through Groups.

  • What can managers see?
    Manager access is administered by the group administrator, they will be able to control what groups a manager has access to and what employees are in each of the groups.

    When a manager logs into Cintra Cloud they will have access to employees within their group, they will be able to see employee personal details, payments and even a full breakdown of an employee’s payslip with pay history.   

  • Can managers enter new starters?
    Yes, if access have been granted by the group administrator managers can use the simple new starter wizard. If a manager has a lot of new starters and does not want to enter them individually, they can import multiple employees at the same time using our import tools.

  • Can managers enter payment details?
    Yes, if access have been granted by the group administrator managers can input one-off payments, for example overtime.  You can also empower your managers and allow them to maintain employee salaries and recurring payments.

  • This all sounds great, how does this affect payroll?
    Groups is fully integrated with Cintra’s powerful payroll engine, once data has been entered by managers it is saved to the payroll.  Payroll administrators can review all input prior to paying employees.
