How do I provide access to payroll reports?

To grant a user access to archived payroll reports, they must have:

  • A designated Payroll role.
  • Permission to view specific individual payrolls.

If a report consolidates data from various payrolls, users should have access rights to all relevant payrolls to view the report.

To give payroll access:

  • Click on Select Payrolls to display available payrolls.
  • Selecting a payroll highlights it in blue, indicating it's been assigned. To revoke access, click the blue button, turning it grey.
