Your Groups Dashboard
Upon logging into Cintra Groups, you will access your Cintra Groups Dashboard, providing valuable insights into your Groups. Within this dashboard, you will find a range of components, including:
- Total Costs
- Year on Year overview
- Total Employees
- Pay Element Summary
Each of these components is interactive and can be modified using the available filters.
How do I access a Group?
You can delve deeper into each of your groups, providing you with a more detailed view at the group level. Within each group, you can also access totals for the group, view all your employees, and directly input data into payroll.
To access your group, simply scroll to the bottom of the dashboard page and click on the group name you wish to enter.

When accessing a Group you will be presented with a screen similar to the one below:
The tiles show:
- 'Gross pay' (which can be changed to net pay via the drop down),
- Number of 'New starters'
- Number of 'Leavers',
- 'One-off payments & deductions'
- 'Salary & allowances'.
Clicking on each of the tiles will update page to display your selected content.
Clicking on the one-off payments & deductions tile will present all ad-hoc payments entered for the period. You also have the ability to filter data, change views and add more payments.
