Altered Pay and Employee Net Payments Reports

Several reports in Cintra People contain additional settings that let you highlight differences in pay between pay periods. These reports are: 

  • Altered Pay (70% Variance)
  • Altered Pay (Greater than £1,000)
  • Employee Net Payments


When you open any of these reports, you will be shown the following options in the Settings side-menu

  • Show difference: Select either By % or By Value. This will compare each employee's pay from the pay period you selected with the previous period.
  • Difference greater than: Enter either a percentage or currency value. 
  • Starts / Leavers: People who have just joined or left the company will usually account for large discrepancies in the payroll. Unchecking either box will remove them from the report. 
  • Unchanged payment groups: Check this box to show all results, not just those with large variances.  


If you make any changes, click APPLY to update the report.
