 A loan report is a detailed record of employee loans, their repayment schedules, and the deductions made from their salaries. This report provides an overview of outstanding loan balances and the total amount repaid.

This guide will walk you through how to run the Loan report in Cintra Cloud.

  1. Access Live Reporting:

    • Log in to Cintra Cloud.

    • Click on the first tile on your dashboard (e.g., "Gross Pay," "Net Pay," or "Total Costs").


  2. Navigate to Live Reports:

    • In the menu that appears, click on the "Live Reports" tab.



  3. Open the Loan report:

    • From the list of available reports, find and select the on of the "Loans" reports. This will open the report.
