Live Reporting Features

What tools are available?

The advanced reporting tool has a number of useful tools, have a read through the following or access our video tutorials.

Please note: at this point in time you are unable to save any changes to reports.

Export Data to Excel:

• • Should you need to work with the data outside of Cintra Cloud, click on the 'Export' button.
  • This action will download a copy of the report to Excel, giving you the flexibility to analyse and edit the information as needed.
    
    

Report Configuration

On the right side of your report, you'll find the report configuration panel. This panel allows you to customise the content of your report.

• Pivot Toggle
  The pivot toggle allows you to switch your grid into a pivot mode. 
  
  
  
  
• Filter Checkboxes
  Filter Checkboxes allow users to determine which columns are displayed in the final report. To use filter checkboxes: 

1. 1. 1. Click on the topmost checkbox (located next to the search bar) to deselect all columns.
      2. From this cleared state, select the checkboxes corresponding to the columns you want in your report.
      3. To rearrange the order of columns, simply click, drag, and drop the desired filter to shift its corresponding column's position.
         
         
         
         

• Row Groups
  Row groupings enable you to categorize data based on specific fields.

1. 1. 1. To create a grouping, click on a heading and drag it into the row grouping section. This action will group all data according to the chosen heading.
      2. You aren't limited to one group; you can create multiple nested groups within your reports for a more detailed hierarchy.
         
         

• Value
  Add totals to your report's with the Value tool.

• • Purpose: The value section is dedicated to determining and presenting total values for specific groups or columns.
    
    

  • How to use:

  • To total the top level within a group, click on the 'amount' option and drag it down to the values box.
  • Want to total units for a particular column? Click on the desired column name and drag it into the values box.
    
    

With these tools at your disposal, you're now equipped to navigate Cintra Cloud's live reporting tool and design reports tailored to your unique needs.
