In Employee Hub, approver's are able to see the holiday entitlement for each of their employees. They can also see the:
- Number of holiday days taken
- Number of holiday days remaining
This can be useful for reminding employees of any unspent holiday time they need to take, before the new year.
To view employee entitlements
- Log into Cintra Cloud. The Employee Hub dashboard appears.
Note:
If you are a Payroll user, you must select the Employee Hub tab located at the top of the screen.
- From the dashboard, hover over approvals in the navigation bar. A dropdown appears. Select Entitlements. The entitlements view appears.
- From the entitlement view, you are able to see the total entitlement, available days, and approved days for each employee.
- Selecting the employee brings up their calendar view. From here you can see a view of all passed/taken holidays.
