How do I view the holiday entitlement for an employee?

In Employee Hub, approver's are able to see the holiday entitlement for each of their employees. They can also see the:

  1. Number of holiday days taken
  2. Number of holiday days remaining 

This can be useful for reminding employees of any unspent holiday time they need to take, before the new year. 

To view employee entitlements

  1. Log into Cintra Cloud. The Employee Hub dashboard appears.

      Note:

    If you are a Payroll user, you must select the Employee Hub tab located at the top of the screen.

  2. From the dashboard, hover over approvals in the navigation bar. A dropdown appears. Select Entitlements. The entitlements view appears.
  3. From the entitlement view, you are able to see the total entitlement, available days, and approved days for each employee. 
  4. Selecting the employee brings up their calendar view. From here you can see a view of all passed/taken holidays.
