To administer Policy Documents within Self-Service, you must define a role that contains the Employee - Policy Document - View Documents function and then assign the role to the desired Self-Service users.
Everyone in the company must have access to the Policy Documents page in Self-Service.
Knowledge Bite:
Now that the policies have been uploaded to Self -Service, I need to display the documents for the employees. Therefore, I can assign the Employee - Policy Document - View Documents function to the role of Standard User in the Define Roles tab by moving it from the Available Functions pane to the Functions in Role pane.
Note:
You must log on to Self-Service as a User Administrator. Go to Self-Service User Admin Edit Roles Define Roles
