How do I log into Cintra iQ?

1. Navigate to the Cloud Aurora Site

Begin by navigating to the Cloud Aurora platform. This can be done by entering the web address in your browser or by clicking here. 

Alternative route:

You can also access Cloud Aurora via Cintra Cloud. This can be done by entering the Cintra Cloud web address in your browser or by clicking here. 

Once you reach the Cintra Cloud site, a 'Sign in' window will appear. In this window, you will be prompted to enter your username and password. 

Once logged in, select Cloud IQ in the navigation bar. You are taken to the Cloud Aurora page. 

2. Signing In

Once you reach the Cloud Aurora site, a 'Sign in' window will appear. In this window, you will be prompted to enter your username and password. 

3. Enter your username and password.

Once complete, click sign in. Approve the LoginTC request on your phone or Chrome extension. 

Click on the iQ icon.
