How do I generate an interface error report?

Modified on Tue, 10 Dec at 2:26 PM

Within Cintra iQ, you can generate a report from one or more interfaces, which identifies any errors that were created when the interface file was imported into the system.  You will be able to see name of the interface, its file name, date processed, and date file was received.

Once you have acknowledge the error, it is removed from the report.

To generate the report

  1. Navigate to the Interface Definitions window.
Go to Cintra iQ: Tools> Interfaces.
  2. Click the Error Report button.
