How do I import P45 details into Cintra iQ?

The P45 Bulk Import interface is now available across all Cintra iQ databases allowing you to upload Excel files with P45 details.

1. Navigate to the Interface Definitions window. Go to Cintra iQ: Tools>Interfaces
2. Enter P45 in the Search box.
3. Click on the Search icon. The P45 Bulk Import interface is displayed in the Definitions pane.
4. Ensure the P45 Bulk Import interface is selected in the IN section.
5. Click on the Open button.
6. Click the Load File Butto
7. Select your CSV file.
8. Click the Open button. The file is imported into Cintra iQ database awaiting processing.
9.  Click the Process Unprocessed Files button. The file is processed.
   Note: Click the File Processing Log button to view the details of the file's processing.
10. Click the Close button when finished. You are returned to the Interface Definition window.
11. Continue to process the Take On data.
