How do I view P45s for Former Employees?

If you need to view the P45 forms for former employees, follow these steps:

1. Locate the Official Print Version: If the official print version of the P45 has been created, you can find copies in the PDFs section under acknowledgements.

2. For Published Versions: If the P45 forms have been only published and not printed, please note that a copy is not maintained in our system.

3. Reproduce the P45:

   • Navigate to the specific employee's profile.
   • Click on forms sent to HMRC.
   • Untick the P45 option.
   • Follow the process to reproduce the P45 form again.
