How do I schedule an activity for a period?

1. Navigate to the Appraisal Schedule/Questions Setup window.
   1. Go to Cintra iQ: Tools> Performance Management> Setup> Appraisal Period Setup. The Appraisal Period Setup window appears.
   2. Select the desired Appraisal Period.
   3. Click the Open button
2. Click the New button in the Activity Schedule pane. The New Activity Schedule form appears.
   
3. Select the Sequence in which you wish the schedule to appear in the Activity Schedule list.
4. Enter the Target Start Date.
5. Enter the Target Completion Date.
6. Select the desired Activity.
7. Click the OK button. The scheduled activity now appears in the Activity Schedule pane.
   
8. Continue to add activities, if necessary. You are now ready to apply the Question Groups.
