How do I apply question groups to a period?

How do I apply question groups to a period?

1. Go to: Tools> Performance Management> Setup> Appraisal Period Setup. The Appraisal Period Setup window appears.
2. Select the desired Appraisal Period.
3. Click the Open button.
4. Click the New button in the Question Groups Applied pane. The New Question Group drop-down list appears.
5. Select the desired Question Group.
6. Click the OK button. The group appears in the Question Groups Applied pane. 
   
7. Save by closing the window.
