What are the manager roles available?

Grants access to specific employee details, new employee information, one-off payments, and salary details.

Manager Roles

Role Description
Manager: All Payments
  • Can see employees associated with their user account on a per group basis. 
  • View employee details.
  • Import salary & allowances.
  • Import one-off payments.
  • Edit one-off payments.
Manager: Employees and One-Off Payments 
  • New starter wizard.
  • Import salary & allowances.
  • Import one-off payments.
  • Edit one-off payments.
Manager: Full Access 
  • Can see employees associated with their user account on a per group basis.
  • New starter wizard.
  • Import salary & allowances.
  • Edit one-off payments.
Manager: One-Off Payments 
  • Can see employees associated with their user account on a per group basis.
  • View employee details.
  • Import one-off payments.
  • Edit one-off payments.
Manager: One-Off Payments (No Employee Details)
  • Can see employees associated with their user account on a per group basis.
  • Import one-off payments.
  • Edit one-off payments.
Manager: Read-Only 
  • Can see employees associated with their user account on a per group basis.
  • View employee details. 
Manager: Read-Only (No Employee Details)
  • Can see employees associated with their user account on a per group basis.
  • Cannot view employee details. 
Manager: Read-Only (No pay summary)
  • Can see employees associated with their user account on a per group basis.
  • View employee details.
  • Cannot see full breakdown of employees pay.
