What is Cintra People?

Cintra People is our unified cloud-based platform that brings together our renowned payroll system (formerly known as Cintra Cloud) with a robust new HR system. We've listened to your feedback and built a solution that offers you more choice, more control, and more efficiency, driven by extensive market research showing strong customer demand for an integrated people management product.

What's Included in Cintra People?

Cintra People currently comprises:

• Payroll: The trusted and reliable cloud-based payroll system you've come to depend on, now seamlessly integrated within the Cintra People platform.

• HR: A powerful and fully featured HR system designed to help you manage everything from employee records and onboarding to performance and absence.

• Bureau: The payroll software built to modernise busy bureaus.

• Groups: The collaboration tool that empowers your payrollers and managers to make better, data driven decisions together. Proven to generate time and cost savings by transforming your payroll operations. 

Important Note: Both our Payroll and HR systems can be used as standalone products within the Cintra People platform, giving you the flexibility to adopt what you need, when you need it.

The Future is Integrated: Early Adopter Program & Rollout Schedule

We're incredibly excited about the future of Cintra People. In January 2026, we will be enabling full integration between our payroll and HR products, offering you an even more powerful, end-to-end solution for your workforce management.

Later in 2026 we will integrate our expense management product, Capture Expense, into the Cintra People platform and by the end of 2027 we will release a roadmap for partner products and API integrations into the platform.
