Making the Most of Your Dashboard:

  • Start broad, then narrow down: Begin with a wide date range, then use filters to focus on specific areas of interest
  • Use the percentage changes: Green percentages show increases, helping you spot trends quickly
  • Explore all the links: Each clickable section provides valuable detailed information

Troubleshooting

Common Questions:

Q: Why don't I see any data?

  • Check your date range - make sure it includes payroll periods with data

  • Verify your pay point and employee filters aren't too restrictive

Q: The filters seem limited - why?

  • Filters update dynamically based on available data

  • If you don't see expected options, try adjusting your date range first

Q: Can I export this data?

  • Use the drill-down links to access detailed reports

  • Detailed reports include export options
